INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

NAZALIN drops

PURPOSE: For permanent treatment and calming down of sinuses and Rhinitis.

INGREDIENTS: Propolis tincture: 10% propolis – 10 percent Rakia for children under 12 year. 15% propolis – 20 percent Rakia for children above 12 years. 25% – 46 percent Rakia for adult women and men. The drops are made out of natural antibiotic-propolis with a complex of a herbal plant extract. In accordance with the strength, the age and gender, drops are produced in the following 6 series:
Series: 1. for children from 1–4 years.
Series: 2. for children from 4 – 8 years.
Series: 3. for children from 8 – 12 years.
Series: 4. for children from 12 – 18 years.
Series: 5. For adults (women).
Series: 6. For adults (men)

INDICATIONS: Therapy torefaction phytopharmacy, symptoms, syndromes, chronic sinusitis, antirhinitis antisinusitis, purifying, purgative, laxative, antisecretion, antisalivary, antimucus, astringent, analgetic, antiseptic, antiphlogistic, antiasthma, antiasphyxia, antibacterial, vulnerary, antidyspnea, antiexcretion, anti-inflammatory, antiacteract, resistance, spasmolytic, anti-supuracia (cavity in the middle ear), ntipharyngitis, anticystitis, immune, inhibition sinusitis. Use: 3 x 2–3 drops in the nasal and the sinus holes,before the start of the use of Nazalin drops, it is also required to take an image of the sinuses and to confirm final diagnosis and to know what kind of symptoms you have or if you have a light, moderate or severe infection of the sinuses with or without pain, with or without secretions, if the breathing is normal, constricted or entirely obstructed, with or without bacteriae. When the breathing is constricted or entirely prevented, inside you have thick secretions or a large swelling of the mucous membrane in the respiratory passages. During very strong and continuous pain in the sinuses it can come to a strong inflammation with eroded mucous membranes, or open wounds, or again a bluish mucous membrane on the sinuses. If you have a finding of mechanical blocking of the sinus passages from curved cartilage-deviation, polyps, cysts, and these symptoms are subject to surgery in order to also mechanically open the respiratory passages. There are individual and special cases of symptoms of certain, determined inflammation on the mucous membrane of the sinus with or without pain with or without secretion in combination with deviation or polyps or cysts, or with one, two or with all three symptoms. NAZALIN is the drug for permanent treatment and final elimination of the sinus inflammations and is produced in four medicines and it consists of drops, ointment, oil and powder for inhalation, but the powder will only be released for use later this year. When you use all, or in combination, the order of their use is to first use the oil, then the drops nd and then the ointment. Minor infections of the sinuses is considered when we do not have a blockage of the respiratory passages, no pain or it is appearing rarely, but there is a constant or occasional secretion which is drained into the throat of children and adults and provokes swelling, irritation, constant or occasional cough. With thin or excessive, thick secretions which appear in the sinus cavities and canals. Secretions are dropping down in the lungs over time and provoke bronchitis, bronchial asthma, chronic obstruction with some of the disorders such as snoring, constriction, burning, aches in the chest, with or without suffocation, zaduf, asthma, with decreased capacity of the lung, lack of oxygen and a lack of strength, to quickly become tired, lack of energy, nervousness. A medium infection of the sinus is already a condition of having constant pain or a blockage of the respiratory passages occasionally or constantly with modest or rich secretions which are constantly or occasionally, with or without bacteria and which have the same effects on the throat and on the lungs as in the case of a light infection. Severe inflammation of the sinuses is being manifested with severe continuous pain, with swellings inside of the mucous membrane and outside swellings which are noticeable with constant or occasional blockage of the respiratory passages. Severe and continuous pain is occuring from “eroded” mucous membranes or open wounds which there is or has become, the mucous membrane is bluish. With thin or excessive, thick secretions which appear in the sinuse cavities and canals. The strong inflammation has the same effects in the throat and in the lungs as pointed out with a light inflammation and creates a chronic bronchial obstruction over time. When you have a minor infection on the mucous membrane of the sinus, without the occurrence of aches, with initially less and thereafter more secretions, over the nose or in the throat, or the same is gathering during the sleep and constant upset throat, tonsils and lungs, at the same time use NAZALIN drops and ointment. When you have a moderate infection of the mucous membrane with occasional occurrence of aches and with occasional constricted or total obstruction of the breathing with secretions, then simultaneously use Nazalin drops, ointment and if you have the need to, also the powder for inhalation for fast, quick opening of the respiratory passages and outflow of the sinus secretion. When you have a severe infection of the mucous membrane of the sinus with a very strong, constant or occasional ache with very strong constrained or entirely blocked breathing, simultaniously use Nazalin drops, ointment, oil for out of the sinus secretions with immediate opening of the respiratory passages, gradually calming of the swelling inside until a complete and continuous opening of the respiratory passages has been achieved. When the sinuses are festered with strong occasional or continuous pain even when inside there is an open wound or the mucous membrane is bluish, usually you have a strong feeling of movement of air. In such cases it is recommended to first use the oil NAZALIN applied using cotton buds on the inside for quick and complete calming of the pain within a few hours or a few days. When there is a combination of a certain inflammation of the mucous membrane of the sinuses in combination with deviation, polyps, cysts the NAZALIN drops shall be useed in combination with the ointment and the oil. When the inflammation of the mucous membrane of the sinuses calms down and stops and the respiratory passages are opened up enough, according to your estimate, you can decide whether you want an operation for removal of any mechanical obstacles of the respiratory passages. NAZALIN drops are being used in the following way: take the cap off the 10 ml plastic bottle and put the pipette deep in inside the upper part of the nose and press, when you feel the drops in the sinus, immediately inhale them. If you have a package of 30 ml or more then this is not convenient for direct use, transfer it into a smaller 10 ml bottle, using a pipette or a pump. When drops come into the sinus cavities and over the mucous membrane of the sinus it will burn for around 5 seconds and after that the burning will stop. After 2 up to 3 minutes, put it in the other nose and sinus opening and apply in the same way. With the help of the drops the sinus secretions will increase, which is the most important and necessary effect. The secretions can be thick, with or without smell, or more liquid. In a situation when the drops are applied regularly and there have not been any secretions over a period of 10 days, this is due to the fact that there is nothing more that can flow out, but the difficulty of breathing and haveing the feeling to be blocked, is due to the swelling of the mucous membrane of the sinuses, a swelling which provokes the feeling that you have something inside which obstructs the breathing. The swelling of the mucous membrane gradually and slowly will have calmed down and will have opened the respiratory passages which are closed or clogged up. When the respiratory passages are blocked by secretions or from swelling of the mucous membrane of the sinuses, the first days apply it 5 to 6 times in order to drain, clean out and free up the respiratory passages, and, when the breathing is relieved apply 2 or 3 times daily. In cases when you have a severe, strong and continuous pain, order at the same time also weak drops for children of 10 years and use them from the begining in order to not irritate the mucous membrane of the sinus so that the pain will not increase, and when the pain has calmed down you can start with the useage of the appropriate drops for adults. The drops have a local effect firstly to thin out, to pull out and to induce the sinuse secretions and to calm the inflammation of the nosal cavity and mucous membrane of the sinus and to calm the pain, and also to destroy the bacteriae – viruses if there are such, to open up the respiratory passages for easier breathing and sleeping. You need to know that the symptoms may vary between persons. That is also why the results are not the same for all persons and the process of treatment is somewhat different for every treated individual. When there is an outflow of secretions, the ache will stop and the breathing is more free, do not stop with the therapy. The mucous membrane of the sinus is calmed, but in order to recover, for this is required a time of 20 to 100 days of regular usage, and sometimes more, if needed. and you will not have problems with the sinuses which are brought to a complete and permanent healing. With the use of the drops the mucus membrane is being irritated and thereby the appearance of occasional sneezing is possible, which is a little unpleasant, but it is not damaging or it may induce secretions but these will calm down over time. This is no cause for worry, just simply stop the use of the drops and continue the next day only with ointment or oil and again start with the drops. If the problem reoccurs, which may happen in individual cases but is very rare, stop with the usage of the drops. When the sinus secretions leak into the throat, tonsils, bronchial tubes and an irritated cough occurs or inflammation of the tonsils and the throat and it creates a thick layer of mucus which also reaches a high temperature. Over time the upper respiratory passages, where the sinuses are, may cause a disease of the lower respiratory passages, such as throat and lungs, through incidental imflammations or bronchial obstruction causing pains, burning, snoring, pains in the chest, with a cough or choking, asthma. In such cases use some of the syrups and honeycomb from the ANTIDOLOR products from the same company for entire and permanent calming and treating of tonsils, throat and lungs, for permanent treatment of bronchitis, bronchial asthma, bronchitis pneumonia, and for removal of chronic obstructions. NOTE: Symptoms, difficulties of infected sinuses are being manifested with occasional or constant weaker or stronger ache at the forehead, around the nose, in the temples. If the inflammation is very strong or it is inside of the mucous membrane, with an open wound or is bluish, the pain may be in the neck and in the whole head, but the ache can also affect the brain. Very strong and constant ache occurs in cases when the mucous membrane of the sinus is “eroded” or there are open wounds which are gathering or it is bluish on the surface or deeper down. The strong ache may occur also due to swelling of the mucous membrane of the sinus which lasts for months or years and is making the mucous membrane less flexible. If you already suffer from these symptoms over a longer period or you already have a chronic obstruction, you are very sensitive to fluctuations of the weather and strong cold secretions in the respiratory passages and in the lungs are increased and can initiate an abscess with turning blue in the lungs, with strong temperature, coughing, difficulties to breathe, asphyxiation, aches, decreased capacity of the lungs which is also a very dangerous, serious condition. When in the sinus secretions there are bacteria, they can create an unpleasant smell which is breath out through the nose or the mouth, if in your instance you also have the occurrence of bacteria, these will be cleaned and destroyed by the use of Nazalin drops. In the very rare occurrence of bleeding of the nose during the usage of the NAZALIN drops and ointment, with the rupture of weak surface capillaries, in such cases please stop the use of the drops and ointment and continue with the powder and the oil, and after a few days again continue with the drops and the ointment if the bleeding does not reappear, start using them regularly, if the bleeding reappears, please stop the use of the Nazalin drops and ointment altogether. During the use of the ointment with cotton buds, make sure to not touch or apply pressure upon the nose mucous membrane in order to not rupture any capillaries. There is no need to press strongly or to blow strongly from the sinuses and nasal passages because during such strong pressure, the weak nasal capillaries may break and start to bleed. You need to know that there is a condition of very easily infection of the mucous membrane of the sinus in adults and particularly in small children when breathing is always free, no ache, no blockage, but there are a little increased secretions from the mucous membrane which are getting into the throat. Such condition of leaking secretions that some people experience, may upset the tonsils and throat which are occasionally or constantly, lightly infected or stronger infected, with or without cough, occasionally or constantly. Children under 10 years when they often get cold with each change of the weather, with temporary or constantly swollen tonsils and throat the reason are secretions from the sinuses. With the usage of the Nazalin the drops, Nazalin ointment, Nazalin oil, Nazalin powder immediately the sinus secretions start, and this process will last for a few hours or a few days, until the mucous membrane is calming down. If there is a large swelling of the mucous membrane, it will continue for a longer period of time, until it is calming down to a more thin secretion. When there is also a very large swelling of the mucous membrane, respiratory passages will have been opened slowly and occasionally, and with gradual calming of the swelling the respiratory passages will start to open and that process may last 20 to 30 days. In accordance with the strength of the drops, the same are divided into 6 series, and are taken according to the strength which will be suitable to you. In the case when you are "strong" or "weak", take suitably the lower or the higher strength. The air conditioning influences the sinuses very negatively. Please pay attention during the treatment period, but also thereafter you should not be exposed to the influence of the airconditioning in your home, office, car and in other environments and places. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Pollen allergics are not to use the drops. Order quantities: Order 50 ml for a 100 day therapy, and for adults when they have pain, one package of 10 ml from series. For a therapy for more than one person, order 100 or 200 ml of the drops.
